Which file should I send, and when?
A high-quality WAV or AIFF file of your already-mixed track. Send it right after you order: we'll show you where to upload it, it's quick and simple.
How long does it take?
You'll usually receive your finished master in about a week after we get your file. We keep you posted at every step.
Can I ask for an adjustment?
Yes, one revision is included. Listen to your master, tell us what you'd like to adjust, and our engineers will deliver the final version.
Do I need to be there or come in?
Everything happens remotely, and that's exactly the advantage. Mastering is about technical settings, so you can hand it all over to us. You send your file, you receive your master, from home.
How is it different from mixing?
Mixing balances the tracks of your song against each other (vocals, instrumentals, effects). Mastering comes next: it's the final touch on the already-mixed song, giving it power and bringing it up to platform standards. You mix first, then master.

Will my track play on Spotify and the radio?
Yes, that's exactly the goal. Your master is calibrated to current radio and streaming platform standards, so it can be played everywhere in the best conditions.
